Why Bruce?
Why work with Bruce when there are so many

Because I'm the best person for the job and I'm set to prove it!
I am fortunate, having lived my whole life in Hawaii. I know island life. My clients always comment that I am a wealth of information. I grew up in Kailua, on Oahu, where my family had lived since 1954.
I graduated from Kailua High School in 1967, where my curriculum was focused on a career in advertising, which is a good background education for the real estate business.
I have been a Maui resident for the past 34 years! Living in Hawaii and on Maui presents a unique lifestyle, which needs to be experienced.
When I went off to college I first received an Associate Arts degree in liberal arts studies, then a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. I graduated from college with a high enough GPA and was offered a scholarship for graduate work in my field by the United States International University in San Diego.
After college I went into construction work
as a
journeyman with the Hawaii Carpenters Union. I was a foreman with 23 years experience in commercial and residential construction when I retired from the trade. Many of the homes and condominiums that I sell
and know much of the inventory inside out!
I have been married to the same wonderful wife for over twenty years
and we have two children. I am a dedicated full time agent and consistent Top Producer, but more importantly, you will enjoy working with me!
Bottom line, I know and understand people, and the product that I sell!
